First Advance almost always have a surplus demand for funds, which we cannot always meet. Consequently, we are always seeking Investors to assist in the growth of our book. In return, the Investor will be well remunerated as First Advance offers the most competitive fixed rates for Private lending funds. These funds will be exclusively deployed in our property book. Your money is invested in loans that are secured by a first mortgage bond over conservatively valued property assets. The mortgage bonds are registered in First Advance’s name.
We require Investor funds to be invested for a minimum period of 6 months. We also need 6 months to repay you your investment if you want to cash out.
We offer rollover options to make your investment more tax efficient ie. returns roll into capital after 3 years rather than interest. A roll up option on interest is also available. We provide payout options of monthly, quarterly or annually. Investors receive monthly statements of account and a quarterly newsletter including core properties held)
